Splash Creations has a 7 day, no questions asked return policy. Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you wish to return it for any reason for a refund, please contact us via phone (888-284-3393) or email (steven@tiedyeclothing.com) notifying us that you plan on returning your item(s). We will then credit your credit or debit card for the full purchase price of the items returned.
If you just wish to exchange for size or color, simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving the order, and inform us that you plan to exchange for size. We will have to charge your credit or debit card our standard $5.95 shipping charge when we reship the different sized (or designed) item to you.
After 30 days, we may still allow for exchanges, but they are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Any return sent back requesting a refund after 7 days and/or without first contacting us will be subject to a 15% restocking charge deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
